The health benefit of trampolining are great but often not heard or seen enough, even though there is a lot of compelling evidence from NASA on the subject!


Using a trampoline is a great way of building up stamina when used regularly according to many sources, and one recently we saw was the professional swimmers blog.

Professional athletes have for some time used trampolines as a way of helping with overall fitness and the blog went on to state that 'Proper jumping and exercising on a trampoline actually benefits every muscle of the body and also enhances the body fluid circulation and gets your blood pumping throughout your body.'

It also stated that an hour spent bouncing on a trampoline is more effective than spending the same amount of time on a treadmill for both children and adults!
